Who Is Kareem Samhouri of Full Throttle Fat Loss?

If you have not heard of Kareem Samhouri of Full Throttle Fat Loss, he is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Kinesologist, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and Health &Kareem Samhouri Full Throttle fat loss Who Is Kareem Samhouri of Full Throttle Fat Loss Fitness Specialist.  Unlike other program authors, he is not just a personal trainer, he has professional schooling and training to teach others how to lose weight.

Dr Kareem Samhouri, also known as “Dr. K” has years of experience in helping thousands of people with weight loss. He also specializes in the nervous system and how it affects your fat busting efforts.  Other fat loss programs he has created are Double Edged Fat Loss, Weight Loss Cardio, Abs Strength Guide and many others.

Fat Loss – Full Throttle Fat Loss Style

Whether you’re looking to just ditch some excess pounds, or lose fat while not endangering any of your carefully sculpted muscle, both the theory and practice of fat loss can prove one of the most frustrating aspects of body building and keeping fit.

But, the positive thing to understand is that it is possible to wave goodbye to that unwanted fat, and do it in a sustained and controlled manner once you understand a few basic facts.

However, the first thing you need to do is to be prepared to wave goodbye to a whole bunch of preconceived ideas about fat loss. You see, pretty much all of the tried and tested fat loss workout routines and diet plans have one fatal flaw, which will be explained in a moment.

So let’s take a look at what you need to do in order to lose fat, and lose it fast!

  1. You need to challenge the greatest amount of muscles in your body possible, in a repeatable and sustained manner.
  2. You need to learn and understand about your own body. This includes knowing the optimum time for you to workout, your body type and what learning type suits your individual needs. You need to understand the difference between ‘good’ post-workout soreness, and ‘bad’ pain. Pain should not occur after a workout – pain is a sign of injury and body stress and should be taken extremely seriously.
  3. You need a progression plan – doing the same workout week in week out will not get you the results you need.
  4. Starving yourself will not cause fat loss. In fact, doing so will actually prevent you from losing fat. Hungry bodies consume muscle for energy – well fed bodies consume fat and protein.
  5. You need to keep your body guessing. This means varying your workout in many different ways in order to increase your metabolism. For instance, varying the intensities of your workouts, adding more protein to your diet, working the opposite sides of your body in an equal manner, changing the type of exercise you do or including more fiber in your diet. All of these will have the effect on of increasing your metabolism. The higher your metabolism, the more fat you’ll burn.

Okay – now it’s time to change your perspective.

The problem with most fat loss workout routines or fat loss diet plans is that they don’t take into account one of the fundamentally most important aspects of muscle use. And that is, that your muscles are controlled by your nervous system.

3206805049 15f88009a5 m Fat Loss   Full Throttle Fat Loss StyleYou see, the more muscles contract and relax during a workout out, and the higher the quantity of muscles are doing this, the greater your metabolic workout will be. This in turn will lead to faster and more substantial fat loss.

But! And this is a big but, most of us do not have the optimum electrical pathways from our brains to our muscles. The brain and central nervous system is what triggers our muscles to move. When you want to, for example, perform a bicep curl – the movement commences in your brain. The desire to contract this muscle is triggered by the electrical impulse that travels from your brain, via the central nervous system to the muscle itself. When it reaches the muscle (almost instantaneously), the muscle contracts.

Following so far?

However, this electrical impulse doesn’t just command one muscle. It commands many muscles around it as well. But many things prevent these signals from getting through to the muscles as they should. For example, poor posture, repetitive strain injury or just plain old poor technique.

So, by training these signals from the brain to reach the muscles more efficiently and effectively will automatically bring a higher quantity of muscles into your workout. And as we’ve already said, the more muscles working out, the higher your metabolic workout will be.

Train your neurological pathways
For full throttle fat loss you need to re-train your neurological pathways. This isn’t as crazy or as difficult as it sounds. The following will help, but is by no means an exhaustive list:
         • Before commencing your movement, plan it. By thinking about what you’re going to do in the seconds before doing it, you actually increase the effort used by the muscle by up to 30%.

         • Re-balance your spine. Many of us are guilty of poor posture. This compresses the nerve roots in the spinal cord, so preventing the messages getting through to the muscles.

         • Use the nerve pathways you don’t use during your working day. So if, for example, you spend most of your day sitting and typing at a keyboard, you need to concentrate on using the opposing muscles and nerve pathways during your workout. This way you allow those other nerve pathways to truly relax.

So, as you can see, by increasing the efficiency of your neurological pathways you’ll increase both the intensity of muscle contractions and the amount of muscles used in your workout. And this, of course, leads to increased fat loss.

Whatever your level of fitness, taking this into account can have truly outstanding results.
